757 Captain relights

   Can anyone explain if it is possible to do a hot engine relight after a flame out, I'm using FSX SP2. I've tried a gentle dive while selecting the Engine start selector to "Flight" or "Cont" neither have any effect. I've tried relighting from all altiudes from FL350 down to submarine. The fuel control switches are kept in or recycled through "Run" but to no avail.
