FSX - C152 Panel Registration Plate Question

   Just completed a repaint of the new C152 for a friend in Iowa which is based on a RL aircraft.  I am having an issue with the registration plate on the panel.  Nothing I do seems to resolve the issue of the registration number not showing up on the panel plate (Show/Hide Yoke switch).  I have even taken the Cessna_152_ext_01-NL.dds file from a working bird and inserted it into the repaint bird and still cannot get it to show up.  Can anyone give me a clue as to how to get the registration data to show on the registration panel plate?
