C152 Taxi/Landing Lights

   Anyone else experienceing this?
When I am on approach I can see both taxi and landing lights illuminating the ground (and shutting of one or the other changes the illumination level indicating they are both independently functioning correctly in air), but as soon as I touch down both lights cut out and the runway is dark. Only after I shut off the landing light will the taxi light illuminate the ground. The landing light never shines on the ground while the aircraft is on the ground regardless of taxi light position.
