Video (unlisted) demonstrating the issue in P3D v4.1  (Version 2.06 of Arrow for P3D V4)

https://youtu.be/CIhpPcnsXT0

I also purchased the PA-28R for XP11 and the instrument lights work as expected/correctly.  They actually work better in XP11 than P3DV4.1 ... not really sure why since I know P3D V4.1 can do the same?

Cheers, Rob.

Hi Rob,

XP11 provides 'native' support for dimmable and more customisable lighting but unfortunately FSX/P3D doesn't, and therefore the gauge and dome lighting in FSX/P3D is currently controlled by the same switch. We hope to improve the lighting functionality in P3D v4 though.

Thanks
Martyn

Thanks Martyn, hopefully you can bring the P3DV4.x version upto the same spec as XP11.

Agree it will take a little more work to get better lighting in the VC, highly recommend using Dynamic Light types and/or scaleform in the VC for P3D V4.x ... easier than the old school approach to dimming gauges (which is definitely worky).

Cheers, Rob.
