Martyn, thanks again! The Hawk is OK now but the Canberra not so much I am afraid. The new installer JF_CanberraPR9_201.exe still puts the old GAU files in P3Dv4:
Canberra.gau 24-Aug-2017 14:48 jf_sound.gau 28-Jun-2017 10:46 |

Hi Eduardo,
We are currently looking into both the Hawk and Canberra installers which appear to be missing the latest gauge files. More news soon... Thanks Martyn

Martyn, thanks! Are you sure the Canberra installer has been updated on the JF servers? I downloaded file JF_CanberraPR9_200.exe this morning and after I installed it in P3Dv4, I still see the old 64bit GAU files:
Canberra.gau 24-Aug-2017 14:48 jf_sound.gau 28-Jun-2017 10:46 Henk. |

Over the weekend we identified an issue with SimConnect which caused some users to encounter CTDs in P3D v4 when switching from our aircraft to another aircraft, or when exiting P3D. The following products were updated yesterday to address the issue and the latest installers can be downloaded from your account: Canberra PR9 Thanks |

Thanks to Henk's assistance, it looks like we've tracked down the cause of these crashes. We'll need to update the installers for a variety of products and we'll be doing that ASAP.
Thanks Martyn

Which version of Prepar3D and SimConnect are you all using? After launching a flight, go to Help > About Lockheed Martin Prepar3D on the top menu bar. We need to know the Prepar3D and SimConnect version numbers.
Thanks

Hi Henk,
I've replied to your ticket with some cfgs to test. I can't reproduce the issue but we'll work through some possible solutions via email. Thanks Martyn

I added the errors text from my Windows Event Viewer when I submitted the ticket.
Other than that I only get the standard Windows 10 app crash popup: "Prepar3D exe has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available." |

Thanks for checking. If possible, send a screenshot of the .NET error to the support team and hopefully that'll give us some clues as I can't reproduce the problem.

Martyn, thanks for looking into this. I disabled the sound gauge and that does not help. Only when I disabled all DLL/GAU files in the panel folder, the sim does not crash upon exit or change vehicle. The downside is that I only see a few bits and pieces of the Hunter without the DLL's active LOL.
