   Can a hard copy be made for something I purchased for download? The reason I ask is that I am not able to download anything. For those users that are still using windows 8.1,  I was told by the Geek  Quad at Best Buy that Internet Explorer is no longer supported by Microsoft. For those of us with this problem, or until I upgrade to windows 10, I would like to have a hard copy made.

	Interesting. I'm running Windows 8.1 with Internet Explorer 11 and have no problems downloading. I just purchased and downloaded a product this afternoon. Just what indicates you cannot download anything? --WH
