Could someone please give me detailed instructions on how to download an aircraft to a internet connected computer,  put on a flash-drive, and then download to a computer that is not connected to the internet.

Downloadable aircraft come in a lot of varieties when it gets to your machine.
Depending upon how it has been packaged up, there can be many various ways you have to move files into your FSim installation.
Some packages are self-installing but some are not.
If you tell us which particular aircraft you are downloading, we may be able to assist.
