Hi,
When I try to change to VOR and comm frequencies on the Hunter, the dials rotate but the digits stay the same. Is there something I am missing?

Sounds like the FSX Avionics master is disabled. I don't believe there is a default key command to enable the Avionics master, you can assign a free key to the "Avionics master (on/off)" event (under settings - Controls - Buttons/Keys).
