The ContentError Log file is proven to be a troublesome tool and should be `off` by design. It is off by default in 3.4.14 and should be left that way because it is bugged.
See here for a single recent example of mis-reporting

Before casting aspersions at developers you really, really need to check your facts - and that you are using the correct tool for the job.
Likewise you need to present full system particulars, including all addons and OS, before anyone, anywhere can comment on the issue you are seeing.
Texture used as exemplar for validation of your complaint clearly NOT a HS748, and therefore completely and utterly irrelevant for this forum and topic.
What EXACTLY is the problem you are seeing in the simulator? If your sole reason for raising this topic is because the broken tool is giving you bogus messages than you really need to learn to stop wasting everyones' time. If it isn't, then state your issue clearly, thoroughly and with full information to enable someone to help you troubleshoot your little local difficulty.
There are enough genuine faults with the aircraft that need patching without confabulating the issues with meaningless whingeing.
