Hello JF.
I do not understand the F12 Key view? Is this correct? If so, it looks terrible! Cheers, Tim.

Hi Tim,
There is no interior cabin view. That looks like the camera definition for a tool such as EZDOK. If you press the 'A' key then you should see the wing views etc. Thanks Martyn |

F12 should be the Top Down view.

Hello Martyn, I do not have EZDOK. I just installed the HS-748 went to press the F-12 (which should be top down view), to get my plan view and orientation before my flight and was greeted with the view that I posted!?!? How do i get F-12 to work as "Top Down View"? Cheers, Tim.

Hi Tim,
You should be able to get to the top-down view by cycling to the outside (spot) view and then pressing the 'A' key until the top-down view appears. Thanks Martyn |

I have this in my current .cfg file for this aircraft....
[CameraDefinition.006] Title = Passenger View Guid = {974EC0BD-A775-479b-8F9D-BE8D5ABFAD2A} Origin = Virtual Cockpit MomentumEffect = False SnapPbhAdjust = SWIVEL SnapPbhReturn = False PanPbhAdjust = False PanPbhReturn = False Track = None ShowAxis = YES AllowZoom = TRUE InitialZoom = 0.3 SmoothZoomTime = 2.0 ZoomPanScalar = 1.0 ShowWeather = Yes XyzAdjust = TRUE ShowLensFlare=FALSE Category = Cockpit PitchPanRate=20 HeadingPanRate=60 InitialXyz=1.55, 0.45, -8.70 InitialPbh=18, 0,90 Is this the culprit and how do I fix it please? I would like to have my F-12 work for "Top Down View" as per my other JF aircraft.... Cheers, Tim.

Well I have found the culprit!!!
This was hidden at the bottom of my aircraft.cfg file. Have now removed it and F-12 works as it should! [CameraDefinition.201] Title=EZdok Aircraft Universal camera Guid={D8D67955-2E9B-4e75-9D8B-8EFFBBFAC65B} Description=Universal camera for EZdok cam utility Origin=Center SnapPbhAdjust=Swivel SnapPbhReturn=FALSE PanPbhAdjust=Swivel PanPbhReturn=FALSE Track=None ShowAxis=FALSE AllowZoom=TRUE InitialZoom=0.40 ShowWeather=Yes InitialXyz=0,0,0 InitialPbh=10, 0, 0 XyzAdjust=TRUE Category=Aircraft MomentumEffect=FALSE ClipMode=Minimum HotKeySelect=4 I would like to state that I am VERY disappointed with the help from JF in regards to this issue!!! Well done JF! |

Hi Tim,
As alluded to by Alex, this isn't a support forum and we can only guarantee to respond quickly to support tickets submitted to our support team via the website. Thanks for confirming what the issue was. That entry is what I was referring to earlier when I mentioned an EZDOK camera definition. I'll make sure that the entry is not present in the installer. Thanks Martyn |
