   would it by possible to extend Western mainlines to include the route to Ebbw Vale from newport and also the Valleylines network around cardiff ie to barry and bridgend to maestag and penarth and the valleys of Treherbert, Aberdare, Merthyr Tydfil, Coryton, City line, Rhymney

and also the vale of glamorgan line as i feel this would give us more operation flexibility.
