If you like the 737 you'll like the 707 and 727. No FMCs or auto throttle which suits me.

If you like the 'classics' you might like Captain Sims Boeing 707, 727-100/200 and 737-200 as a step up from the F-Lite range. The are beautifully crafted visually, the only drawback is they don't come with manuals but with a bit of research and trial and error are well worth it.

It's definitely time to reinstall..I agree with you: the MD 81/82 series is one of the best planes I ever fly :)

It's a mystery to me as to why you are having this problem and, IIRC in another thread you mentioned about yellow cockpit windows. Have you considered a re-install?

Your thread has made me climb back into the MD81/82 after a long time, it reminded me that it is one of the best in the F-Lite range.

I got up to 35,000 with no problem. I'm guessing here, fuel issue? Fuel heaters on? Engine stall through high AOA?

Hi all
Since two days now I have this problem on the MD 81/82 and MD87 Jetliner series...
On climb, with autothrottle and EPR set on CLB i have a power loss pass FL200..suddenly both EPR and N1/N2 values drops, obviously together with IAS, until plane stalls
From take off to FL200 all is great as always..What's happened?
Angry
