AH2 purchase glitch

   Just tried to buy AH2 EA but although PayPal tell me I've paid I get a "generic error" message from JF giving me an identifier: da258085-ed14-4a42-8682-6f6215fc39fc

Anyone else had a similar experience? I've fired off an email to Customer Support but I thought it worth a try here while passing. I suspect it's just a software glitch; normally JF are as good as gold.

Not a great start to the AH2 experience, however...

	IGNORE MY EARLIER POST! Wow; my faith in JF just restored! PayPal advised me of a full refund. I tried to purchase again - instantly successful. Great service. Now to download & install AH2. I have a nasty feeling that my time spent messing about with my company is just about to expand hideously...
