I install AirHauler 2, but when I start the program , give me a error message: unable to load AirHaulerSecurityDll.dll

where I find this Dll to download

Sounds to me like it could be your AV blocking it from loading.

I'd try creating an exclusion for the AH2 folder.

I not use AV, disable firewall and windows defender, but don't work

Did you install into program files?

Sometimes windows won't give programs the proper permission to run. If it's in program files, try installing it elsewhere.

I install in other folders, I re-install the S.O, re-install the .net framework, but nothing work

This has been resolved - download AH2 from your JF account page again and re-install.

(it'll uninstall first, then run again to re-install).

Your machine is missing the C++ VS2012 runtime which the new installer resolves.
