Hi to all,yesterday order two produtions JF,Livree GR1 and Tornado
Arrival email Livree and download and present in my accont Order Tornado is success ,and in my accont is not present... Contact administrator via email,and no responce..... Help me ? |

If you have emailed them i'm sure up to 24 hrs they will assist you aswell .
They are very good at getting back to you  |

Hi Paolo,
We received 3 tickets from you on the 17th and replied the same day. The problem was due to the email address you supplied on one order had a typo, therefore created a new account you couldn't access. I merged this with the account you normally use for your downloads. Therefore should all be available to you now. Let us know if you didn't receive our reply or still can't see the downloads in your account |
