C-152 - No Torque?

From a stop, the plane will veer to the left as it accelerates - that's good.

But, during a high angle (low speed)  climb out, notice that the ball does not slide to the right. It should. I should NEED to apply right rudder to center the ball.
 
Right rudder is needed in the default MS 172 but the JF 152 does not need it.
 
I have realism settings all on max so I suspect the JF airplane.cfg file is not correct.

Well, I can't say I know what I'm doing but I made the following edits and it feels a little better:
hi_alpha_on_roll=-3.0
hi_alpha_on_yaw=2.0
p_factor_on_yaw=2.0
torque_on_roll=2.0
