Is that a good deal from OC's? I am looking for a new system. This is what I'm looking for: A system with Intel Core Due 2, with SLi motherboard A 750W or 1000W PSU (for upgrading to SLI later on) A reasonably fast Graphics Card (nVidia) (only one for now) A min of 2GB RAM A SATA hdd setup .. someone explain difference between RAID 0 and 1 for me ... which is recommended? My Budget is as follows: Would prefer around £600 but max is £800 PS: If someone is wiling to build for me and I pay for P&P as well as a little on top. If its cheaper than buying it from sites I prefer this option. I will except offers from friends or well trusted members on here (no offence intended). This is because I have no time to do this atm due to uni commitments. Am wanting this before 8th May. Let me know below. We can discuss my client requirements in detail via email. THANKS PETE |

Everything's cool, you might just want to get an E8400 or E8500, it's the next gen C2D... Strangely enough, it's (the E8400) cheaper than the E6850 at the local store

Pete... the OCZ power supply is infamous for being noisy. It also has a high 'ripple'.
I'd recommend an Asus MB also if you can afford one, however the reviews for the ABit board are very good, apparently it's a good overclocker that even has a CMOS reset on the back, saves messing with jumpers.
Don't forget that SLI is a waste of time for the sim, except minimally at very high res. Understandable decision if you are considering other games though.
