Could be curtains for Phorm from what I've read pointy.
 
The comment made on the BBC website is that if you have a box to tick 'if you want out', most users end up not ticking it so get opted in. On the other hand if you have a box to tick to get a service... you usually end up NOT ticking it.
 
Let's hope it goes down the tubes anyway.
