Greetings, I am looking for a new throttle controller to go with my CH Fighter Stick. I hope to find one that is or can be configured so the idle detente deploys the reversers on a jet or reverses / feathers the props. I hear the Saitek PZ45 can do this, any advice chaps ?
Thanks. Buster.

Yes it can. The idle detent is very positive, so you don't go through it by mistake, but when you do come back through the idle detent to a vey positive final stop, you activate a switch which is easily configured for reverse thrust. You will get full reverse. Moving briefly forward again through the idle detent, (and back to idle again), cancels the reversers very realistically.
Get 2 of them side by side and you can have anything from 1 to 4 throttles, plus a flap lever and another for prop pitch or whatever combination you fancy. |
