HSI Fix new gauge Updated

   I was with my friend who bought the DC-8 and told me about a bug in HSI causing constant lag during the flight , I totally redone the gauge to replace the series 10 to 40 and 50 to 60 analog HSI.I hope this improves the fps for these models. 

Update 3 - 05/30/2015
Version 2.5: totally redone gauge for better appearence and functionality and now follow the GPS route.
