Just found this on Youtube!
 
 
Classic! .  One thing I found quite funny about it also (and the reason why the guy laughs at the beginning!) is that the woman says "Thanks for calling Asda, we are a 24 hour store.... For our opening hours, press 1"! .

Pranks are all well and good, but they didn't consider that she may have got in trouble from her employers. 'Prank call excuse' might not have been accepted by the Asda bosses.

I remember when i was training at a Tesco store in Quinton Birmingham and a girl on the customer service desk ended the tannoy announcement "Thank you for shopping at Asda" We had the stop the meeting because it was too funny! .

This was a prank played on Radio 5 from South Africa. Wacko is a morning DJ on Radio 5 - Johannesburg. I have a CD of more his pranks

I grew up in Jo-burg, live in Scotland and here they rag me about, my South African accent.
