Well just sell your house (downsize to a caravan perhaps) Its all on an ultra light licence, so the course can be just a week and a fraction of a PPL, depending upon your ability and determination. There's no such thing as an ultralight licence - it's an NPPL. That'll take 32 hours.
Unless you're already familiar with flying, and given the UK weather, it'd be quite an ask to do it in a week. 6.4 Hours a day isn't possible (or particularly wise/comfortable) - not for a full week. And you've not covered the theory requirements. Just saying.... Looks like a rehash of a Long-Ez, which you can buy (although rarely) for around 20-30k. I'd rather have Burt's!
