Traffic 2005 activation problem

   I have a strange problem about aciviating my traffic 2005. When I start to install and the box comes up where you must press "finnish" to activate and then it is supposed to open a web page to enter the unlock codes, but for me notepad opens with what seems like an URL but if i copy it into a browser I get a error.Anyone have a clue?
