Traffic 360 upgrade showing in my account history yet when I go to install it tells me the product is not found any help please

I've got this also and i've just purchased the upgrade from Traffic X to Traffic 360 :(

Their support site states you have to e-mail them directy about this error:

As I bought the 360 Package and another product from the site yesterday, with no problems at all, I am guessing that this is either intermittent or has been solved already by the Team
