When will the on-line unlocking service be available as I have tried twice today to use it? If it will not be available tomorrow then I will have to try the manual system.

If anyone else gets this error it may be that you need a more up to date download. When a phoned just Flight thy sent me a link to a more up to date file download and everything worked fine, so problem solved.
