MD-81/82 no cockpit

Am running a three screen system with Eyefinity which spreads the view over the three screens.When I load the MD 81/82 there is no cockpit visible. Outside views are OK. I cannot get 2D panels with this setup so I don't know what to do next. The usual F9 and F10 don't work. Any ideas please. Other aircraft including the F-lite 757 work OK

	If you drop into Windowed mode, the 2D panel should then show up ok. At least it does on my system with other aircraft (don't have the MD though).

	I am running in windowed mode but the problem is that with Eyefinity you cannot get a 2D cockpit with any aircraft. It is a disadvantage of this type of setup. However the virtual cockpit is excellent viewed over the three screens and works with all my aircraft except the MD-81/82
