Modify Airport Traffic Pattern

This question refers to AI traffic.  All tradewind takeoff's from PHNL are steered to the right untill clear of the city.  I understand that FSX default takeoff pattern is based on location of the destination airport so most of the flights takeoff over the city and left over the mountains.  Can this be changed with TrafficX, or otherwise?
