Why aren't we repealing the treaty?? 
This asymmetric treaty allows the US to extradite any British Citizen without probable cause or evidence! Worse, the US would not sign it despite asking us to sign it!!!!
The underlined part - no crime has been committed here, so the US can get stuffed!!! Are the US going to extradite British Citizens for drinking under the age of 21? That isn't illegal here either, but is in many states of the US. Best regards, Vulcan. |
