757 Captain No External Textures

Installed 757 Captain in Windows 7 - 64 from box set CD.  Appeared to install properly, but external textures do not appear.  Internal textures do appear, including 2D panel.  Installed, 4.4 update and problem still exist.  
757 Captain was previously installed on my Vista-64 and worked fine.

Intel i7 CPU, 3.2GHz, OS 64, SP1
12MB RAM
AMD Radeon 6900 HD, 1MB RAM
