Entering time (ex: 00:30)

   If I want to enter 00:30, I do not get the right results by inputting 0030 as the program ignores leading zeros.  Time will become 03:00 or something.  So how do I input 00:30?

	Sadly, it is not possible. I assume it is a bug (which has never been fixed). The best (closest time) you can get is 1:00am by entering "100". It is frustrating, because on many occasions I have wanted/needed to enter a time like that, but cannot.
