Jetway not connecting to aircraft

hello all!I have the F-Lite A320 jetliner...and although it probably doesnt matter anyway for the tutorial, I cannot get the jetway to attach to the aircraft by pressing Ctrl+J. 
I have downloaded a patch to try and fix it....
and I have tried moving the aircraft back a bit as suggested in a link (tried that loads of times!!)....
I have looked everywhere for an answer to this and cant find one.
I even tried installing it again (I have the disk version).
Has anyone any ideas at all>
Id like to see it work!

	Most addon aircraft do not as defult come with a jetway setting. All default aircraft have the settings for a jetway to position itself at the forward door as well as very high standard addons by other companies. If you look in the CFG.file of a default commercial jet such as the A321, there will be an area with coordiantes and settings for jetway execution. If you add one of these to your aircraft CFG. the jetway will move, but not to the correct position. Its all about trail and error really. Make attempts to get the positioning coordinates just correct and eventualy you will have just correct. Hope this helps.
