This is a recurring question. Answer is same. load up Piper and turn off everything, then change plane for desired C&D plane.

You can always edit your defult FLT file by opening it in notepad and editing the  Engine Parameters by setting certain ones to false and bringing the rpm settings and other such variable numbers down to 0. You can also change avionics settings on the FLT file too.
When you need to save the settings, you may want to turn off permissions or you will be not be allowed to save.
To find the file, go to: Local Disc (C:)/Program files or Program files (x86) if avaliable/Microsoft Games/ Microsoft Flight Simulator X/Flights/Other and its the only Microsoft Flight Simulator Application file near the bottom.

Hope this helps Smile

Too risky if not computer savvy. Far easier to start with simple GA plane and then change for more complex.
