No cockpit at all for MD 80/81?

I just purchased download version of the MD 80/81, installed fine.  Run FSX, goto KSFO ... I have no cockpit in VC??
 
I'm running 2560 x 1600 32bit ...
 
Am I missing something?

Check if it works after pressing the VC simicon in the 2D panel simicon menu. (top left dropdown arrow in 2D panel)
