XP v VISTA and WINDOW 7 for slide shows

I was asked by TomA320 to do a copy of C4 PROGRAM and it was a good time to testing my kit, PC & VHS/DVD recorder and see if XP can compete with VISTA & 7 for making slide shows. I say VISTA wins hands down for the end product of a well presented slide shows, VISTA was fast, over 1400 slides arranged with music + titles ready to burn to a DVD in 10 minutes. the only problem my be the ASPR of the TV my Panasonic is auto and I lock it to give the best looking slide show.I will have to do a FS screen shot slide show so get some good ones on JF. 1400 Last for about 2hrs you can test run before a burn of DVD. I doing a test to see how the amount you can get on a 4.7GB DVD.
