Editor Error

   I have tried reinstall a number of times but keep getting the following error message on TTOOLS.  

ERROR in file C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Flight Simulator 9\Traffic2005\FlightPlans.txt
Line 36302 (error location shown in red) :
AC#1034,JF-CNM,14%,WEEK,VFR

There must be at least 2 flight plan legs
This is stopping the Military Plus Pak aircraft being displayed or compiled.

Please help
