Has anyone had problems getting the Traffic Plus Pak3 to work in FSX.I have reloaded the program several times with no success in seeing the AI aircraft.

Same here have military pluspak 3 and 4 and can't see anything in fsx i have traffic x running too.

Double-check ... are you talking about a "Traffic PlusPak"? ... (to quote Chopper75's post, "Traffic Plus Pak3".)

Traffic PlusPaks are for Traffic 2005 (for FS2004, not FSX).
 
Traffic X PlusPaks (note the "X" in the name) are for Traffic X (which is for FSX).
 
Go to the Just Flight Product Page and use the drop-down list at the top to confirm which one you have:  http://www.justflight.com/product.asp?pid=210

Sorry ,but Traffic pluspak3 and 4 both have instaler for fsx, you can choose install for fs9 or fsx.

I believe that this is because Traffic 2005 is compatible with FSX SP1 but not SP2 so technically traffic 2005 is not for FSX SP2 compatible, hence why Traffic X was made, so this could be why you are not seeing the traffic, is because it was never really coded for FSX, to make it work with FSX was a patch/SP that was brought out to make it work with FSX but SP1 only.
