Intel has released Version 9.0.0.1008 of the Chipset Software Installation Utility, 
the main motherboard driver for those using Intel chipset-based motherboards.

Microsoft has released a new Version 4.5 of the Windows Installer software which is built into all versions of Windows. 
This is not an essential update but is recommended if you have had installer problems in the past.
